You say stocks are in a &#039;bubble&#039; because they have sharply increased in value in the past 11 1/2 months. If you adjust the starting point by 6 months, stocks have declined in value. Is that a bubble? Just because something goes against your investment outlook doesn&#039;t mean its a &#039;bubble&#039; it may just mean that you were wrong.&lt;/p&gt;
